• Pan/Aadhar name mismatching: – In the starting of the KYC system is verifying the pan and aadhar detail. If mismatching, then rejecting from there.
2. Xiaomi
• Activation code: – Sometime notification service unable to send the sms. Then we need to provide the activation code manually.
• Screen stuck: – Sometime stuck screen on some position. Due to some internal error or data issue. Then there need to verify and resume the better customer experience.
