The financial organization faced several challenges related to KYC, transaction, sanction
and payment etc:
1.  Data mismatch: Sometime customer have provided the different data. Customer
has taken loan and providing the document of another person.
2. Transaction stuck: Customer has done kyc and trying to do the transaction. Unable
to do the transaction.
3. Customer name difference: Sometime customer register name and bank or pan or
Aadhar name are difference

• DOB Mismatch: – If there is a mismatch between the Register date of birth and PAN or Aadhar card, and the reform register date of birth

• Document missing: – If any document missing then customer has to re-do the kyc.

• Pan/Aadhar name mismatching: – In the starting of the KYC system is verifying the pan and aadhar detail. If mismatching, then rejecting from there.

 

2.  Xiaomi

• Activation code: – Sometime notification service unable to send the sms. Then we need to provide the activation code manually.

 Screen stuck: – Sometime stuck screen on some position. Due to some internal error or data issue. Then there need to verify and resume the better customer experience.
